Our Philosophy
Every Business Has an Architecture
It is reflected in the way the organization is structured, how decisions are made, how capital is allocated, how leadership functions, how operations are managed, and how governance is established. Over time, the quality of that architecture has a direct influence on enterprise value.
Enterprise Value Architecture is the discipline of designing the organizational, operational, financial, and governance systems that determine how a business grows, scales, transfers, and creates long-term enterprise value.

What We Do
We Help Organizations Increase Enterprise Value
We work alongside organizations to design and implement the structure, governance, operating model, leadership systems, and financial architecture that create scalable, transferable enterprises. Enterprise value grows when a business is intentionally designed to operate independently.

Enterprise Value Architecture in Practice

Inherited Business Transformation
Pinkerton Enterprises
Before
A long-established life-safety and security business transitioning to the next generation of ownership. The company had strong customer relationships, valuable inventory, recurring monitoring revenue, and deep technical expertise, but much of that value was still tied to a legacy structure, informal systems, and significant owner dependence.
Transformation
Symphos led a six-sprint Phase 1 engagement to redesign the business around enterprise value. We created the HoldCo and operating-company architecture, clarified business-unit economics, designed governance and capital allocation, mapped the leadership structure, and established the financial, CRM, and management systems required for the next stage.
Next
Phase 2 moves the architecture into operation: activating the new entities, implementing financial and CRM systems, strengthening management capacity, formalizing operating discipline, and building the platform for recurring revenue and commercial growth.
