The Service provides informational and analytical outputs only and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Accounts and Authentication

We use third-party authentication providers (including Replit OIDC).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Misuse or abuse the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Interfere with system performance or security
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to rate-limit, restrict, or suspend access to protect system integrity and costs.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service may generate analytical content using machine learning models. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect
• Outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice
• You are responsible for decisions made based on outputs

Symphos does not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or funding success.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment (e.g., one-time reports, subscriptions). Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, text, and design, is owned by Symphos and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Symphos a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for operational or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRSTWAVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
